Booking

Shipments are booked online. A tracking number and label are issued on confirmation. Prices are based on chargeable weight, destination zone, service and selected options.
Packaging & labels
Use sturdy packaging suitable for the contents. Attach the label to the largest flat surface and remove old labels.
Chargeable weight
We charge by the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ divisor shown at booking). Packages are re-weighed at our facilities; differences may result in adjustments.
Delivery
Delivery attempts follow the destination's local practices. If delivery fails, the recipient may be notified to rearrange delivery or collect the shipment.
