Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate sender, recipient, contents and value information, package goods securely, and comply with all export, import and sanctions laws.
You must not tender prohibited or restricted items. You are responsible for duties, taxes and fees unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, security measures and other events outside our control may delay delivery.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as described in the Claims Policy and, where applicable, international conventions. Optional insurance may increase coverage up to the declared value.
Inspection
We and government authorities may open and inspect shipments without notice where permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
